Food was good, big portions. Only downside is I wish they had a kids menu. We visited twice during our stay in St. Thomas. Would definitely recommend and go again next time I’m in town!

Cute place with great music. I was solo and was greeted very kindly. Such a very welcoming staff. I was seated right away and the food came quickly. Amazing service and the food and drinks were delicious. I got a frozen margarita and the canoa, which is one of the best dishes I have ever tasted!

Visited with a group of friends and had a generally enjoyable time, though there were a few ups and downs. The Long Island Iced Tea was by far the strongest I’ve ever had and definitely a highlight if you’re looking for a bold drink. We all really liked the calamari appetizer. It was crispy, well-seasoned, and a great way to start the meal. For entrées, I had the shrimp a la criolla, which was flavorful and cooked just right. Others in my group weren’t as happy with their choices. The fried shrimp was overcooked and too crispy, and the pork chop also came out dry and chewy. It seems the quality of the main dishes can be hit or miss depending on what you order. The staff was friendly, but service was on the slow side. It took a while to be greeted, place our orders, and get the check. Still, the ambiance was pleasant and the restaurant itself is nice. Overall, a decent spot with potential, especially if they work on timing and consistency in the kitchen.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rancho Latino is an absolute MUST. We ordered the canoa and the stewed chicken and WOW—just WOW. The stewed chicken was incredible, but the canoa might honestly be my new favorite food. Every bite was rich, comforting, and full of authentic flavor. We’ve eaten at most of the restaurants on St. Thomas over the last five years, and I can confidently say this meal ranks top 3, easily. This is a small, local spot with the most genuine, welcoming people and truly authentic food. The service was great, everyone was so kind, and the food… OMG, the food is AMAZING. If you want real flavor, real culture, and a meal you’ll still be thinking about days later—Rancho Latino is it. We will absolutely be back.

This is by far the BEST unique breakfast on this island. I got the Dominican breakfast with Longaniza added and it flew past my expectations... Loved it so much I ordered another one to-go!

Wonderful meal on our last night in St. Thomas. I got the Whole Snapper, my partner the Oxtails. Both were the best we had anywhere in the VI. Great music playing and kind service. Can’t recommend enough

Recommended by a local, my husband and I indulged in the fried whole fish (red snapper). One of the tastiest fried snapper I've eaten and I've eaten A LOT on many vacations. Full of flavor and fried just right (I requested extra crispy). Also had a tasty passion fruit frozen margarita. Attentive staff, clean facility, ample parking. Very thankful for the recommendation!
